Propre et agréable et bien entretenu
Hotel agréable, chambre propre et en bon état, personnel agréable et souriant. Beaucoup de chambres mais la disposition des bâtiments et l’organisation des jardins permettent de ne pas s'en rendre compte.. Attention cependant au type de chambre réservée. En effet l’hôtel propose 4 niveaux de confort et en particulier Standard sans climatisation et Standard avec climatisation (juste ventilateur). Evidemment le prix de la chambre standard sans climatisation est attractif mais impossible d'y vivre dans un endroit où il fait 30° en permanence. Attention donc à bien lire le descriptif de la chambre. Lorsqu'il est écrit ventilateur, ça veut dire qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation. C'est très limite car nous n'imaginions pas que ce soit possible de proposer une chambre sans climatisation à Bali. Suite à cette surprise, ils nous ont proposé une chambre avec climatisation mais avec surcoût.

Le fait de devoir payer un supplément après le check off 12:00 (125 000 roupies) si on veut profiter de la piscine en attendant le Taxi pour l'aéroport alors que dans d'autres établissements le service est gratuit !

Hôtel très bien situé dans la rue commerçante de sanur juste en face de la plage. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'hôtel ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel. Les boissons et plats sont au même prix qu'au supermarché très bon point! Seul bémol le wifi un peu galere par moment. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres mais elles manquent un peu de décoration. Les piscines de l'hôtel sont très agréables. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Overall the hotel was pretty good but my bathroom with open ceiling was quite ridiculous. You can totally hear what your neighbors are doing in their bathroom. Plus you should smile when you do your business and a drone is flying over the complex ;)

Lovely spacious room, good sized terrace. Well equipped, great staff. Quiet, friendly place in a central location a few mins walk to the beach. 3 pools was nice to time for shade or sun. Bar prices very reasonable. Would stay again.

Hyvä ja siisti hotelli, Sanurin ranta lähellä sekä kävelyetäisyydellä paljon erilaisia ravointoita. Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla, helppo kulkea ja liikkua. Lähellä myös paljon pieniä supermarketteja sekä yksi isompi ostoskeskus. Hotellin alueella on kaksi isoa uima-allasta, huoneet ovat isoja ja tilavia. Over all the swastika is great. I've stayed there 4 times. Basic rooms are a bit old but very clean.with good air cond. The deluxe rooms are excellent . Staff are great, the restaurant food is very good and cheap. The gardens and pools are really nice too. Location is really good and its very quiet. Its very good value .

숙소에 와이파이가 안잡혀서 6일간 고생했습니다. 매일 기사님이 오셔서 봐주시고 조치를 취해주셨으나 증상은 같았습니다. 와이파이가 안되면 그냥 처음부터 방을 바꾸는게 정답인것 같아요.. 나머지는 가성이 호텔이라 만족합니다.

Great hotel as usual
It took 4 years to come back to this hotel due to the Covid. We'd been stayed for 9 days and had a great time as usual. Staffs are very friendly and polite. All the access to restaurnats, supermarket and convinience stores are just perfect. We will come back agin a year later. Thank you so much to all staffs in Swastika Bungalows!!!

バリ島へ来た時の常宿でございます。 ホテル内はゆっくりとした時間が流れています。 お年寄りに人気なのがわかります。 今回は2階の部屋をリクエストしていたのですが 満室で1階部屋になりました やはり、陽当たりが欲しいですね 洗濯物が乾きにくいとかあるし デラックスルームは窓が大きくて良いのですが 今回はデラックスでお願いしていたのに、違う部屋でしたのは残念でした

They charge 200,000 per night for baby bed but they can't provide extra towel for the baby. They said they can only provide the towels for extra charge because the room is for two people. Swimming pool was not clean. Construction is going on whole day.

We love the huge deluxe rooms: good choices are room numbers 47, 49, 51 and 53 for ground floor. King bed or 2 x king singles, comfy mattresses and pillows. AC works great and TV has HBO channels. Wifi in the room and restaurant was working ok. There are 3 x pools, gorgeous balinese gardens, friendly staff and buffet breakfast with an elevator to get you up to the restaurant. Thgere is a Salon on site with great prices, need to make a booking. The outdoor dining set up for dinner on the grass near the pool is excellent ... 75,000rp for pork ribs. The buffet breakfast needs a few tweaks like : fruit that is actually ripe and decent coffee, otherwise has enough choices which some change each day on the menu. Only a 5 min walk to the beach, ATM next door, and 3 min walk to big supermarket. Forketta restaurant is a couple of doors down and serves excellent Italian food.

Being at the Swastika is truly like being with family. There attention to comfort and detail when it comes to the hotel experience is unmet anywhere I've stayed in Bali.

Great place to stay for all
Really liked the location and comfort at this hotel. Walking distance from the beach. Lots of food and drink options onrhe high street. The hotel has 3 pools, one with a swim up bar. You can add everything to your room and pay at the end. The spa inside the hotel is really good though you need to book a day in advance and they only take cash. This hotel is great for all types of travellers from solo like myself, couple and familys.

Swastika Bugalows are very authentic lovely Balinese style design.Quite location and close to Sanur shops and beach.Transport was arranged at reception was reliable and on time pick up at the Airport was great.

Beautiful property, pools and gardens. Convenient to shops, food etc Staff were very helpful except one evening manager who refused to give us a dry towel. Friends towel had got very wet in the shower ( no shower curtain) and asked for a fresh towel. Female on desk refused despite gentleman working alongside her saying they could do it. Rest of staff were beautiful, gracious and ever so helpful Would definitely stay there again

Grounds are beautiful, 3 lovely pools (one with a swim-up bar) and great staff. The bathroom really needs renovating, run down and no shower curtain so everything gets wet. But otherwise a lovely place to stay!
