We arrived at the Prepaid accommodation. There were no staff present. The was a sign and a phone number to call, but it didn’t work. We also retried to call the property manager with the number provided by Stayz. Also didn’t work. Asked a local nearby and he had the property manager’s phone number and we talked to him re our booking. He was adamant we didn’t have a booking. We quoted our booking number etc, but he wouldn’t budge. There was no other accommodation in the area available as Sanur was very busy . We ended up sleeping at my massage ladies brothers house !!
Not happy. The villa is in a really good spot but we didn’t get to see the inside 😡
