« The location was perfect for beach access and is just west of Ocean House restaurant. The place was clean and up to date. Communication was excellent from property manager. They emailed us on arrival day with instructions. I would definitely return to the same premises for next booking. Sea Shore rentals did an excellent job. »

« Place was great, except having neighbors upstairs with a dog that woke us up every morning EARLY playing fetch! Also a working hot tub would of been nice. Clean & its was nice having beachfront property. »

« We really enjoyed this location right on the water in an end unit. The beach was beautiful and quiet. The amenities though simple were great for our needs. We would definitely stay again at this property again . Any questions we had were immediately answered as well. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was clean & comfortable. The private beach was a highlight, and having private bathrooms in each bedroom was really nice. Lots of chairs & extras for the beach were provided. The tv worked with a basic cable package. If you stay here, I highly recommend the Ocean House for dinner. It’s a bit pricey but delicious & right around the corner. The shops in Dennis Port were cute & we drove down to Chatham to see the lighthouse, and do even more...

« This condo is cute, well decorated, and has plenty of room. Its biggest plus is how close it is to the beach. However, it could have been cleaner. At first glance, everything was clean, but details were not taken care of. For example, under and around the Keurig, there was spilled coffee. The listing shows patio furniture, but there wasn't any out back. The window air conditioners were in the closets and we had to put them in ourselves and the screen for the slider out back is completely ripped....

« My family stayed here mid week in June and it was the perfect home base for exploring the cape. It was very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to make meals when we didn’t want to eat out (including a grill). The best part was the beach access that was literally steps away. I would definitely stay here again. »

« We loved having a modern, clean, safe place to enjoy the beach and ocean for a week. The breeze through the condo was delicious and the balcony with ocean view was lovely. Paper products provided and laundry available were huge pluses. We truly enjoyed our stay. »
