« To begin with, the write up for this rental property was advertised as a Charming 3-bedroom house. The 3 bedroom was correct, but it was far from charming. There was a lot of deferred maintenance on the property, from cracked broken floor tiles in the bathroom, which one could cut their bare feet on, the floor boards in the dining area that were loose and lifting up, a back storm door that was broken and would not close properly to the walls that were in need of a fresh coat of paint. « Very clean, bright, new-feeling property. Thoughtful details like usb outlets in bedside tables, well-marked tv controls (altho we couldn't get the sound on in the family room), welcome beverages. Big kitchen with open floor plan to living area! Nice to park in garage and access through the interior door! »

« This is a cute, quaint home in a quiet area within walking distance to the capitol, food, and sites. LSU is a short drive away. It worked perfectly for us. »
