« The best features were the pond front porch and fire pit. The location was very convenient and close to Ellicottville and shopping. One portion of the front porch was a bit rough plus there was a abandoned grill on the porch that should be removed. The hot tub needed to be cleaned and serviced while we were there which was promptly attended to. The combination clothes washer and dryer took forever to do a load of laundry typically two and a half to three hours with an additional time added for...

« Everything was fantastic about our stay at the cabin. Communication with the host was amazing. All the pictures and description of the property were right on, and surpassed our expectations. We even saw shooting stars!! The location was just outside of the village of Ellicottville. There’s a cool hiking trail right down the street which was a nice surprise. We hope to come back again! »

« This was our second visit to this beautiful property, during a dance competition weekend with a venue in the area. With the noise and chaos of the event, it was wonderful to return to this cabin and enjoy the front porch and listen to the birds. Communication is excellent, it's always clean, and comfortable. »

« This is a beautiful place to bring your family or just get away with your spouse. The cabins were very clean and comfortable. Beds were big enough to sleep 2 adults. Cabin had electricity with was very helpful for charging phones and having light to see at night. Bathrooms are conveniently located right across from all the cabins which was nice. It was so peaceful being right next to the river, the sounds of nature were very relexing. We will definitely be coming back over and over again to this...

« Had a great stay! The cabin is very cozy. Great woodsy decor, fun game room and fire pit. Very clean and comfortable, has everything you need. Situated right between Ellicotville/Holiday Valley Sky High Adventure Park and Griffis Sculpture Park. Family would like to stay longer next time! »

« As advertised, this is a beautiful property and very remote. Just note, there is no TV. We did have an issue with one of the full size beds and will inform the owner. We had everything we needed and the property was very clean. It is a great cabin in the woods. »

« We stayed here with a group of 16 of us and we all comfortably. The house was wonderful and nice & open. It's not too far away from town, but gives a lot of privacy. The upper deck was our favorite and the fireplace. We will deff stay here again! »
