'The good: Great location in the Elmwood Village area. Extremely walkable. Once you're inside, the place is beautiful. It oozes charm and personality. The common areas are great, and our room was very, very nice. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, new TV, fridge. Parking was very convenient. Entry into the building and the room was great, with a custom code that worked on both doors. Finally, very responsive concierge (we interacted through text). 'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '

'Nice historic house with comfortable common rooms and a great location, close to downtown restaurants and a Walgreens open 24 hours. But my bedroom was so small I could not easily walk around, and the half-bathroom was also very small. Wes, the owner, welcomed me at check-in and has a warm personality. But breakfast was not offered, even though a Booking listing said breakfast was provided and the owner mentioned breakfast too. '

'A quaint old building in a great location. Perfect for a fun trip to Buffalo. Staff is excellent. Free drink in the lounge each night. Free parking and free breakfast. Room was spacious with a big bathroom and comfortable bed. Not a great spot for business as the wifi is unreliable for zoom calls.'

'Overall a very nice stay! Loved the ability to open the windows, helps you feel like you’re not in a stuffy hotel! The shower layout was very odd to say the least with no curtain and no door. I can see the vision where they thought the shower was deep enough to prevent water from going out of the shower but no…. It did not😂 the bottom of the bathroom door was peeling upwards from the constant moisture exposure and if you don’t lay a towel down right outside the shower the entire floor will be...

'Beautiful comfortable and lovely staff…noisy on the weekend when the bars closed at 4 but not the hotel’s fault. Guests didn’t act right!'

'Locatie was prima, veel restaurants en winkels in de buurt. Afstand niagara falls mooi aan te rijden. Huisdieren toegestaan, in een kamer dame met 4 katten ( nu heb ik zelf katten, dus ik hou er erg van) maar in de gang stonk het enorm naar katten urine! Wij zijn 1 dag eerder vertrokken dan de planning was. '

'The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off'
