'There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve '

'Conveniently located. Check in was very easy with regular communication. Very pleasant stay and a nice convenient breakfast with a good assortment in the morning. Very nice renovation to a stunning older property. Only downside was creaky floors and doors on the armoire in our room (Millard Fillmore Suite)'

'Hotel was super clean and the house keeper was kind and accommodating! The interior of rooms are much better than the exterior of property. Certainly appreciate the upgrades to the room. Only disappointment is that breakfast is more of a grab and go cereal yogurt and toast that a full warm breakfast. The dining area is a bit misleading but that can be me. lol. Would stay here again!'

'Locatie was prima, veel restaurants en winkels in de buurt. Afstand niagara falls mooi aan te rijden. Huisdieren toegestaan, in een kamer dame met 4 katten ( nu heb ik zelf katten, dus ik hou er erg van) maar in de gang stonk het enorm naar katten urine! Wij zijn 1 dag eerder vertrokken dan de planning was. '

'Worst "hotel" I have ever been to in my years of living. Please just go anywhere else... The smell made me want to vomit. The staff did all they could though, no complaints towards the employees. Worst! Hotel! Ever!!!'

'The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off'

'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '

'I asked for a 1st floor room they said yes, when I got there they said no. the railings on the stairs were lose and it did not feel safe walking up them. The first 2 nights there the heat was not working and the front desk was not answering when I called, had to call the 1800 number to speak to anyone to help. Housekeeping cane in and they did not close the door all the way when they left so the door was not locked and when I told the front desk he just shrugged his shoulders and went on with...

'The hotel lobby, rooms, stairways and everything else were very clean. The breakfast bar is okay- there was bagels, bread and pastries. 2 kinds of cereal. Packaged oatmeal, yogurt, apples and a waffle machine. There were eggs and sausage each morning we were there and those were not that great but overall it was okay. Good coffee! The pool room was clean and warm but the actual pool is COLD. The room did have AC that worked well! The bathroom fan was squeaking which was more of an annoyance than...

'You gave us a confirmed reservation. The hotel says they never got it. The property was in terrible condition. You should delist it. We had to find another location when rates jumped up due to Bills- Cheifs game '
