'Our room was very clean. Just wished I'd have brought my own pillow. The foam pillows were hard to sleep on,'

'The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Some of the amenities we enjoyed were bottled water in the refrigerator, coffee maker with to go cups and phone chargers throughout the house. We will definitely stay again when visiting family in the area.'

'Bathroom was old, and really dirty. Pubic hairs in the bathtub, shower could not be turned on. Beds were alright, but rhe overall state of the room was not good. Old and shabby. Will not visit again.'

'Homey, clean & comfortable. Not a fancy place, but great for the price. Food downstairs in the Speakeasy was delicious. Very comfortable bed in my room. Would definitely stay again. '

'We were in town for a 2 day swim invite at Luther College and this worked perfectly for us. It was just a 0.7 mile walk to the pool or a couple minute drive so easy to get back to between sessions. The apartment was decorated very nicely, had comfortable beds & the kitchen was stocked nicely with coffee pods & snacks. '

'We had an amazing, peaceful, and private stay—just what we wanted! The location was great and very close to everything decorah has to offer! The fall colors were beautiful and definitely showing off for us. We ended up using the air mattress to sleep on and that worked out really well for us as the back of the futon wasn’t very comfortable, but great for sitting! We were never able to find the trails that led down to the bottom of the Quarry, but that’s ok. We didn’t need to talk to the owners...

'A perfect place, centrally located, and lots to do in the Decorah area. The house had everything we needed, and it was very clean and comfortable. The hosts, Amy and Jackson, were very responsive, and check-in was effortless. I highly recommend this property. If you are adventurous, you can drive up to “Pikes Peak” State Park in McGregor, Iowa, with its breathtaking views of the Mississippi River. Or drive over to La Crosse, Wisconsin, for a paddle Boat ride on the Mississippi. There’s plenty to...
