'What a great host! Super easy communication, had coffee at the house and a snack basket. Washer and dryer available really helped us pack lighter. Great location near Tanyard trails. Loved our stay.'

'The host was amazing with communication. The subdivision was peaceful. With being summer you couldn’t see a lot of the lake with the trees. The bed was cozy and love the decor.'

'The rooms were clean, air conditioning and plumbing worked and the host was readily available for any questions.'

'This place was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again. Had a couple maintenance issues but they responded quickly and got things taken care of!'

'My friend and I brought our 14 year old boys to go riding. This house was perfect for us and the hot tub was amazing after a long day of riding/walking. The house was very clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I would definitely come back and stay here. Thanks!'

'Was exactly as described. Perfect location for biking! Really appreciated having the basics stocked - coffee pods to start off, toilet paper, paper towels and all kinds of soap! ;) would definitely book again!'

'I messaged a lot of questions during our stay as I’m fairly new to staying in VRBO and being somewhat tech challenged. Response times to my questions were expedient.'

'Very nice place. Work well with my family of 6'

'We stayed at Shirley’s for our Son’s college graduation. Traveling with us was our 8-month old grandson, who loved all the toys and the baby area setup in the primary bedroom. We highly recommend this property for anyone traveling with an infant or toddler. Our Son’s older siblings enjoyed the ping pong and foosball table in the garage. The host was very accommodating, communication was excellent, and look forward to our next stay at the property. 5-stars!!'

'The house was beautiful and just as described. There was a mixup with the cleaning crew and they had not cleaned when we got there. All it took was a message and the cleaning was crew showed up within minutes and had it cleaned and did an amazing job. I received a discount for the inconvenience and the rest of our stay was great! Would definitely recommend this for a great getaway in NWA!!'

'There were so many options to choose from but in the end we chose this place and were very happy with it. The place was very clean and ready for our stay. We loved how close we were to everything as well. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. This was a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again.'
