Negatief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Upon checking staff was very kind and helpful. That was the most positive thing I can say about the motel. It was very rundown, poor condition door latch broken to lock door, holes under balcony door had to plug the hole with plastic bag, my sons balcony door actually fell off so he had to put door pins back in to close door, very Very dirty carpet and floor very tore up and stains Didn’t take my socks off to walk throught room, my little son wanted to sleep in rental car rather then in the room, We didnt put anything luggage on the floor due to condition, The sheets were clean though, the pool wasn’t able to be used due to a water safety and cleaning issue for our stay, did have a good view of the beach though. complementary breakfast was lacking we did not use due to motel cleanliness. Coffee machine was a powdered water machine in front lobby/desk. Overall would advise anyone to stay anywhere else it is in bad shape. The online pictures did not show what poor shape the motel had in store for us, we had booked these rooms months in advance so all hotels near the area were booked and or were very high priced as in 500 a night, I just hope to let people know this motel is in very bad shape! It was a big bummer for our family trip.
