Spring break 2025

This room was exactly what we expected, it was very clean and had exceptional views. A few friends stopped by and were impressed by the room, they were in the same facility but in the north tower, and was more impressed by this room than theirs. If we ever go back to Daytona beach, we will definitely be staying here.

We were in town for our son’s basketball tournament. We liked the ease of walking to Ocean Center. The condo was clean and comfortable. Access to parking was very convenient. Pool area was fun with live music every day. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Views

1st stay in Daytona I was unsure where to book I was a bit nervous about navigating such a large hotel/condo complex while carrying bags and groceries. To my pleasant surprise, it was easy to get around, and the condo was very close to both the elevators and the parking garage. Parking was easy in and out. The condo itself was perfect for our family. We traveled with our two teenagers, and they enjoyed having their own mini-apartment, which made it a fun experience for them. Since the unit is an end unit, it was super quiet, the place wasn’t busy during our stay. We found the condo to be clean and well-stocked with the basics. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels available, and the living area was cozy. However, I felt the condo could use a few updates; for instance, it would be great to have at least one Smart TV or an Amazon stick, as dealing with cable was a bit of a hassle. The only significant issue we encountered was with the washing machine, which desperately needs to be replaced. After doing one load of laundry, our clothes came out smelling awful, I could see mold as soon as I opened the door. I should know better not to do a load but was hoping for a good outcome since we had planned to wash our clothes. The toaster and coffee maker also need to be replaced. The views from the decks were truly amazing. Enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. Communication with the owner was great. Would stay again.

The property was exactly what the pics show. Communication was great!! The one thing I hope they do is update the tv in the living room so I can stream Netflix/disney. Other than that everything was great!! Bed and pillows slept great!! The views were great!! We will be back!!

Our Honeymoon Trip

Myself and my husband booked this property months ahead of time not knowing what we was about to experience for the first time in our lives, HURRICANE MILTON! Upon our arrival when walking through the door we were impressed with the set up, cleanliness, and the items that was provided with our stay, but most of all the three balcony view! We enjoyed the location of Ocean Walk, the Ocean Walk shops located on the fourth floor, the surrounding shops and restaurants around us as everyone that we came in contact with was beyond friendly. Throughout our stay Carmen and Dennis made us their priority and kept in contact with us as they made it their mission to be sure that we was comfortable, and had everything we needed while staying at their property during this time. We could have evacuated but we chose to stay at our own risk and looking back we would do it again, in this same exact room as this honeymoon was one to remember and the property managers were beyond great as they were a blessing during our stay!
