The location was perfect!!! And Diane was an awesome host, very attentive with quick responses and a fully stocked home for a family of 5!! Made our vacation run so smoothly ...I will say a few of the staff were very nice and helpful, but a few could work on their people skills.

Room was good. Good location. Front elevator was broken through most of stay so back elevator was option, was usually full, used stairs mostly. I know things break and som things are un preventable.

Great Stay

My friend and I stayed with our three younger kids over Memorial Weekend and it was perfect for us. The host was very responsive and accommodating to us. The place had everything we needed and it was exactly as described. The building and our room was cold which was refreshing after being out in the heat. We loved the property grounds with the tiki bar and the pool located right on the beach. There was enough there to keep the kids entertained. We would definitely stay here again.

NCA Cheer week ! Great stay !

Wonderful property ! Location is perfect and the room is adorable. Had everything we needed and the decor made us feel cozy and welcome. The tiki bar on property is fun and a great spot to unwind after a long day! Would highly recommend this property ! The owners were friendly and attentive. Looking forward to coming back next year !

Turkey Run

This was our fourth year staying at the Fountain and our fourth year renting this unit. Our daughter and son in-law came with us this year and we had them stay in this unit. It is always neat, clean and has everything you could possibly need. We had a great time.

Great owners and spacious unit!!!

Wow! What an incredible stay. The owners are so kind and worked really hard to fix everything after the hurricane before our arrival. The unit is cute and more spacious than anticipated. There are lots of amenities in the kitchen, and even some prepackaged food left for the next group of people. There are two balconies and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is spacious and easy to fit three people in. It’s a quiet building and we didn’t hear anyone next door during our stay. The pool area is nice and the bar is open every day. The DJ at the pool area was really great as well. There’s a washer dryer on the first floor of the building. We really had a great experience and look forward to writing from these owners again.

Relaxation and Fun on the Beach

What’s wonderful place for a couple or family to stay. Quiet, right on the beach, friendly people and a place to eat right on site. It was a perfect walking distance to restaurants and the Ocean Center. I would highly recommend staying here. The owners were kind and thoughtful. They certainly went above and beyond to make our stay feel better than home.

On Daytona Beach... Beautiful!

The condo was easy to find, easy check in, very clean, nicely decorated and enough space for three adults. We enjoyed having the coffee, creamer and water available as soon as we entered. We did have to replace what we used before we left. The place is great except at night it was pretty loud. Given we were there the week of the Daytona 500 and Washington's birthday, there may have been more traffic than usual. A dump truck came every morning at 7 AM, people loudly talking, motorcycles revving their engines, trucks going down the highway. If you want quiet, this is not the place to stay. If you sleep like a rock, then this is a perfect place for you. The hosts were helpful and very quick to reply. Loved being on the beach!

Turkey Run

This is our second year at this unit and it was clean and very well set up. We love the fact that it has 2 bathrooms and everything that we could possibly need was there. We will definitely be back. We found that the Fountain as a whole is very clean and the staff are very polite.

Scott & Diane, thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo. Other than the door lock not functioning when we arrived, we had no other issues. It is a bit small for 4 people, and the second bathroom is small, but you did have a nice condo in a good location.

Perfect Beach getaway

The Fountain Beach Resort was a great location. It was a central spot and easy to get around from. Perfect Beach spot close to the pier that we saw fireworks from our room and the tiki bar/grill was great for lunch and beverages at the beach.

The Best!

Our experience was amazing. The accommodations were way more than we were expecting. We have stayed at this resort, different room, and this stay was above and beyond. The thought put into making guests comfortable was definitely noted. I found something new everyday. (Books, DVD's, umbrella, blankets, clean sheets, etc) There was more than enough towels and washclothes. I really could go on and on. This suite did not disappoint! We will use this suite again.

Great place and even better hosts!!!

Very clean. Close to everything. Even has a tiki bar so you don't even have to leave the property to have a great time! Very homey. We decided to stay an extra day and Diane was so kind as to walk me through the process.🙂I will definetly book with her again!!
