« Overall the house is nice, in a good location & beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of space, kitchen is large, living room/couch excellent, beds comfy, sunroom good.The main issue with the house is the overall cleanliness. What does 320 cleaning fee go for? There were several areas of the house that were unclean, even gross in some areas. Just to name a few:1. Please wipe down the front door & surrounding entry areas, lots of spider webs & dead bugs2.
