Beautiful home and well stocked!

This house we rented for our extended family Christmas. Communication was very quick with any questions I had. Everything was completely stocked and even had sleds. The game room was wonderful for the kids. The garage had an extra fridge which we used and appreciated. We never even left and had a fabulous experience. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you!

A few minor annoyances

The house is big, we had a large party, lots of space for all. Overall happy but a few minor annoyances. We had to purchase pot holders, a pot with a lid ( 3 pots for cooking , no lids), pool towels ( 13 towels in the house, not enough for what the house sleeps). The property manager was great, responded right away. The pool/spa heat is tricky. It says to a max of 85 degrees but that's not great for the hot tub. It's not hot enough especially in cooler Temps outside.

Loved Timber Retreat

We had a fantastic time on our vacation! The house was in a great location, beautiful, very comfortable, and the game room was lots of fun. There were activities for all of us, including my favorite, just chilling at the house! We will definitely come here again.

Rest & Recharge

Everything about this home gave us the perfect place to rest and recharge! The location is fantastic with a beautiful view! The kitchen was well stocked and put to good use. We had lots of fun with family ping pong tournaments and nights outside by the fire pit.

We stayed at this home to celebrate our dad’s 80th birthday and we were so glad we did! The home was very spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. From the outdoor patio and firepit, to the open living room/dining/kitchen, to the game room, there were enough spaces for our large family to spread out and find things to do.

Great view to the golf course (or snow course!). Enjoyed the arrangement of kitchen, living, dining area, and the heated patio! It was great for our families. Besides the hot tub, we enjoyed coffee on the heated porch with little ones by our side. Fun games in the garage/game room.

What a perfect vacation home!!!

We cannot say enough great things about this property and it’s owners. The house is spacious, well-stocked, cozy and comfortable, and chock full of fun things to do. We stayed in the winter time, and we were able to sled right outside the back door, which was ver convenient with two kiddos and a grandma! The fire pit outside is a wonderful addition, the grill out back was easy to use, and having the game room inside makes for fun family time reconnecting. The view of the snow and trees from the front windows can’t be beat. All of the mattresses are memory foam and super comfortable. The kitchen is very well/stocked (enough to prepare an entire turkey dinner!). We were there for the holidays, and there was special care made to have a decorated tree, front door wreaths and mantle decor to make things extra jolly. There were even snow shovels and extra sleds at the ready! The owners left a sweet welcome basket with goodies and were ultra communicative about check in procedures and timing. Check out instructions were clear and minimal. We just had the most wonderful vacation and would 100% return to this beautiful home!

Great Stay at Timber Retreat

We had an absolutely great time with our family at the Timber Retreat in Suncadia. The house was the perfect size and had everything we needed. Having a ton of snow on the ground was a special treat
the kids had so much fun sledding, etc. Sean and Bri were great hosts, and were very responsive to the few minor questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Suncadia.

Awesome property!

We had a wonderful time at your home! It was plenty big for all of us and we loved the fire pit! The only thing that we could’ve used was a small stool for our kitties to use in the bathrooms to wash and use toilet, but everything was amazing! Seems like you thought of everything for the furnishing! Great time was had by all and will rent from you everything Lanor Day weekend for our family! We even got to see and hear all the elk that came to the golf course at night!! Grandkids loved that! Would recommend this property for any large group and you won’t be disappointed! Long getaway weekend

What a great rental house. My family and 2 friends really enjoyed ourselves at Timber Retreat. That back patio, with a fire pit and hot tub, was a great place to relax in the evening and night. Multiple nights we saw herds of deer and elk graze along Prospector course, hole 11, which the house overlooks. The kitchen is top notch, and along with the gas grill outside, offered everything we needed to cook dinner. We enjoyed the game room (converted garage) with ping pong, pop-a-shot and foosball. Lots of fun there. The bedrooms are well appointed and comfortable. During the say, lots of trails to walk around Suncadia, and Sunday there was a farmer's market.
