Our luxury 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom private villa is situated at the exclusive Westbury development near Davenport. Located on Route 27, only 2 minutes from Interstate 4, our villa is only 12 minutes easy drive from the Disney World Resort. Universal Resort, Seaworld and other premier Orlando attractions are also quickly and easily accessed directly from Interstate 4.

It has 4 bed/3 bath (2 en suite), games room & private 28’ x 14’ heated screened pool with large covered patio area.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, air con, 75" flat screen cable TV with on demand movies, telephone (with FREE calls & WiFi), X Box & safety deposit box.

Our villa comfortably sleeps 8 adults and boasts an exceptionally large 1749 sq. ft (163 sq.m) of tastefully decorated living space complete with all the expected modern amenities.

The villa comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of which are en suite), a fully equipped kitchen, climate control air conditioning and ceiling fans in lounge and two master bedrooms, 75" flatscreen digital cable television in lounge and flatscreen TV’s in all bedrooms, telephone (with free international calls), wireless internet access, security deposit box, games room and an extended 28' x 14' heated screened pool with large covered patio area and patio furniture.

The cable TV in the lounge has access to on demand movies and programmes. It is also furnished with a DVD player and an X Box Games console with a range of titles and games for your enjoyment.

You can even keep in touch with what's happening back home with unlimited FREE local, national and international telephone calls and unlimited FREE wireless hi-speed internet. No more frustrating access codes and PIN numbers required when using phone cards. Just straight through dialling as though you were at home!

The games room comes complete with pool table, air hockey, table football and Games console for your entertainment.

The generous accommodation comprises of an exceptionally large 430 sq ft (40 sq.m) living area enjoying views overlooking the pool area and with large patio door access to the pool deck. The elegant furniture includes 2 settees, formal dining table and chairs, 75" flatscreen digital cable TV, DVD player and X Box games console.

The kitchen area (13’8”(4.2m) x 14’6”(4.4m)) is fully equipped and includes cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

There is a light and airy bay window housing a breakfast table and chairs for use if you prefer to dine informally.

There is also a separate laundry room comprising of washer, tumble drier, iron/ironing board and clothes airer.

The 2 master bedrooms are furnished with large double beds (1 king and 1 queen size), modern bedroom furniture, flatscreen TV’s and large built in wardrobes. Each master also boasts its own luxurious en suite bathroom complete with large double shower.

In addition to this one master bedroom benefits from direct access to the pool area and a large oval bath.

Alarm clock radios are provided in all bedrooms and hair dryers are provided in all bathrooms.

A security deposit box is also fitted and is available for use free of charge to give you peace of mind that your valuables are safe.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin rooms with tasteful furniture, large built in wardrobes, TV’s and alarm clock radios. Each room has easy access to the shared family bathroom and the pool deck area.

At the rear of the property there is a large covered patio area (14’4” (4.4m) x 13’4” (4m)) complete with patio furniture should you wish to sit in the shade.

The pool area comprises of a large 28’ (8.5m) x 14’(4.3m) swimming pool and extended deck area which benefits from all day sunshine.

The pool area is not overlooked from the rear and is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, whilst not affecting your tan and your privacy.

The pool area is fitted with a child safety alarm that sounds if a child should open the door to the pool area unsupervised.

The pool is cleaned and checked every week in order to ensure that it is maintained to the highest standard.

The pool can be fully heated if required at an additional charge of $200 per week and can be arranged prior to arrival or during your stay.

The property also benefits from full climate control air conditioning and ceiling fans to lounge and two master bedrooms allowing you to set a temperature that is comfortable for you regardless of the temperature outside which enables you to gain a good nights sleep. Very important for those busy days!!!

All bed linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided for your convenience.

A cot/play area, high chair/booster seat, 2 strollers (one with parasol), a baby monitor and bottle steriliser are also available for your use at no extra charge.
