With a mixture of rides, indoor and outdoor play areas, and even a toboggan run, you’re sure of a good day out. Or why not step away from the shore and take a boat ride up to see the sights of the historic Greenway Holt, home of Agatha Christie.

Dartmouth is an all year round destination hosting a variety of regional events like the yearly Dart Music Festival (May), the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta (August), and the Dartmouth Food Festival (October).

At the front of the house, the light-filled lounge features a large bay window, two plush sofas, a wall mounted TV, and a wood-burning stove, the perfect setting to unwind after a day of coastal adventures, especially in the cooler months.

The open plan kitchen diner at the rear of the house is ideal for laid back family meals and relaxed evenings in. A large dining table, comfortable sofa, and direct access to the first rear decking area make this space perfect for gathering, playing games, or enjoying a home cooked Devon feast. A stylish downstairs shower room adds convenience for all guests.

Upstairs, you'll find three bright and beautifully presented bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys peaceful garden and countryside views and features a king-size bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The second bedroom, with a double bed, is located at the front of the house and offers generous storage. The third bedroom can be set up as either a super king or two singles, ideal for children or friends travelling together. A contemporary family bathroom with bath and overhead shower completes the upper floor.
