'We had a very enjoyable stay in Chapel House. The house is a great place to relax and take in the wonderful views over the river. It is well equipped with comfortable beds & sofas. There are some great walks from the house with Dartmouth just a short ferry ride away. Very good breakfasts available 2 mins down the road at Ebb & Flow. Netflix was an added bonus.'

'We were a group of rowing friends coming to an event on the Dart. The house was absolutely perfect, clean, fresh, well equipped for meals at home, easy to walk into town and beautifully presented. There was a decking area at the from that caught the morning and evening sun and we sat out around the outside table. It was a perfect stay.'

'A beautiful, relaxing stay between Christmas and New Year. The house was decorated just right. We've visited now during three seasons and each has proved wonderful. With crazy weather, it was terrific to have the ferries so close. I love going round the house looking at the pictures, ornaments and soft furnishings. The house was lovely and warm throughout the stay'

'Lovely property. The bed is so comfortable! Simon and Abbi are perfect hosts. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s easy to get the ferry to Dartmouth where there is a lot going on and some excellent restaurants. We enjoyed our visit to Greenway. Would highly recommend the retreat for a relaxing stay.'

'This spacious property was stylishly furnished and very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable with quality bed linen and plenty of towels. There was a good selection of toys and books too, which kept the toddler and 4year old happily occupied after days out.'

'Lovely little house,location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us. All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again.'

'This cottage is in a lovely location in Dartmouth and has quite a lot of space. However, the furnishings are a little tired and there was no communication from the manager about key things like what to do with rubbish, which meant that we had to clean up after seagulls looting through rubbish on a daily basis. Comfortable beds and sofa, though one end of the sofa is very noisy! Also no heating and it was not warm in later June/early July.'
