'Great stay and everything perfect.'

'This was our second time staying in a week. During our first stay, our air was not working and Dylan the front desk staff came up and worked on it. He would have given us a different room, but they were full. The owner/manager have us a credit on the room. So we decided to stay again on the way home. Dylan once again was amazing and accommodating. This young man is 25 and takes great pride in his job. Definitely recommend if you are needing a place to stay near Dandridge, Pigeon Forge or...

'The property was very nice and staff were friendly. The breakfast option, purchase only, was highly priced especially for the quality of the food. For example, a bowl of oatmeal was almost $10! Apple juice was $7. For two people, we spent $34. That’s ridiculous. That is why I rated our stay okay.'

'Clean, friendly, and very nice breakfast. Building was pretty.'

'The Lodge at Old City Hall delivers an exceptional experience with spotless rooms, top-notch service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Every detail of our stay was wonderful, making it a place we'd highly recommend and happily return to!'

'Grote schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel, warm ontbijt. '

'We needed a late checkout, and the attendant at the desk was able to accommodate as quickly. Thank you.'

'The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and sweet. The lobby was very clean. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds were very well maintained and it was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast and coffee were very good with lots of options.'

'Reviews online were obviously fabricated. Room was very dirty. Stains all over the wall. Carpet was disgusting. Beds were definitely not queen's. Elevator was out of order, which made it very difficult for my husband, who is handicap, to get up the stairs. Asked for more towels and was told that we had to return our dirty ones before they would bring us more. Said that we would have had to physically bring them down to laundry before we could get any more. Will never stay there again.'

'Goed hotel wat wel midden in renovatie zat. Ruime kamers, stil maar toch makkelijk bereikbaar vanaf de snelweg.'

'Conveniently located right off the interstate'

'One of the beds in our room ended up having bed bugs. Sam the manager did get our party another room but after that first night kinda put a damper for the rest of the trip.'

'Hands down one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed! The whole motorcycle-themed concept is awesome, and they absolutely nailed it. The rooms are spotless, everything looks brand new, and did I mention there’s an ACTUAL motorcycle in the room?! Not a picture, not a model, but a full-size Honda Repsol sitting behind glass. Pretty sure that’s the first time I’ve slept next to a motorcycle without my wife questioning my life choices. The attention to detail is incredible. They even have an ice...

'The hotel is nice. However I made the reservation through Expedia and selected a room with bathtub/shower combination. It's what I paid for..however we were given a room with a shower only and the clerk said none were available. Again I reserved and paid for the bathtub/ shower specifically for my wife's needs. I'm disappointed'

'Simpel hotel maar goede ligging t.o.v. de snelweg en rustige omgeving'

'Todo muy limpio y amables'
