« The house was beautiful. Everything was stocked fully for our needs. Everything was in working order . Everything was extremely comfortable. The hot tub was great . We had to stay an extra night due to weather and they had no problem at all extending us by a day . Thank you so much and we hope to be able to stay with you again . »

« The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way. »

« Our recent week at this property was superb! We were in Gatlinburg to hike in the Park, so it was nice not to have to go through town to get to most of our trails; the location was perfect-- even if the road and driveway are up a steep, twisty hill. We loved coming back to the house-- the a/c worked extremely well so we were cool during the hot July days, it was well-supplied/furnished, and very comfortable. « "Third bedroom" is bunk beds in a room off the deck that has no internal access to the rest of the home. Absolutely no view except for trees. Pool listed in pictures is at the HOA office at the bottom of the mountain. First night neighboring cabins were rowdy, quiet the rest of the stay. Close to park entrance. »

« Loved the location and the privacy it gave us. Accommodation was great and the manager was quick to answer our questions. We had upper and lower balconies that where nice to sit on. Very close to the Island and groceries stores. Would recommend it to other family members. »
