The Space:
Spacious living room, dinning room kitchen. 3 bed 2 bath with washer and dryer. 1st floor room queen size bed, 2nd room bunk beds with 2 fulls, queen pull out in living room has memory foam mattress, upstairs loft king sterns and fosters adjustable bed with sitting area.

Guest Access:
Plenty of Parking in lower and upper level. You will have access to the whole house except garage.

Getting Around:
Plenty of parking on premises

Other Things to Note:
This lake is man made and the levels are controlled byT.V.A The lake should be at full pool by may 1st However it is not guaranteed to be at full pool!! If you need there is a boat launch a block away as well as fishing not to far.

-The primary renter MUST be 25+ yrs of age! All other guests have no age requirement

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
-Cabin is equipped with fast wifi and 4 smart tv's, so byo passwords for netflix and hulu just like at home. **Just make sure to sign out before you leave!!**
* We also have dvd player.

-We DO provide hand soap and a start of toilet paper and paper towels. Also a complimentary start of shampoo,conditioner, will be in each bathroom..
You may need bring extra for your trip.
However,other toiletries,condiments, zip locks,and coffee are NOT provided

-Coffee:We have a regular drip style coffee maker AND a kuerig. We will only provide coffee filters,so byo coffee/condiments


-No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.

-Lake
towels will be provided and lake toys!! Please take them and put them back where you got them at the end of day!! Use lake at your own risk!!

- HOT TUB:
Upon check in the hot tub may not be hot until later that evening since it gets drained,cleaned,and refilled every turn. However,it will be sparkling clean! Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN Risk

-Check-Out instructions will be sent in a message the day before checkout and is also listed under “house rules!!
