« Carpets were dirty in bedrooms, papertowels were extremely cheap, vent in living area was dirty and rusted, the entire place smelled musty, there were no lights on the driveway or on outside, nor were there on in the house & they were difficult to locate. No instructions on where to put trash. Communication was done outside the VRBO app and I had to continually follow up on inquiries and questions. All should have been done through the portal on VRBO. Oh and the coffee maker was dirty. »

« When first walking into the unit, there was a musty odor. Then, after a short rest, my husband woke up to water splatters on the remote and the coffee table. This was from the split unit that was spitting out water. There was even water that had pooled on the floor. We did not feel safe in a musty and damp environment. So we left right away.
