« Cute and cozy cottage in a great location, home had everything we needed. Very easy walk to restaurants and entire downtown boothbay harbor. Dog friendly home, and very dog friendly town! We enjoyed local trails and drinks on the water. No complaints! »

« What a beautiful little cottage! Such a great open floor plan, close to town, right on the river, it was perfect, thank you! »

« Everything about our stay was fantastic. We really enjoyed the views, kayaking on the lake, seeing the stars, and listening to the loons. The location is perfect...close to the town, beaches, and trails, but also quietly secluded for that perfect peaceful getaway. The house was extremely clean, inviting, and comfortable. « Great location and interesting layout in this historic house. It was the perfect respite for our stay before our puffin tour the next day and close to town for a concert on the common and restaurants. Note : to access one of the bedrooms you need to go through the bathroom, but it worked out fine. Dmitri was super communicative and was kind enough to let us know we left a pair of shoes there after we departed. The property manager met us onsite at check-in, even though it was late in the evening and provided us a tour so we knew where everything was situated and how to access the amenities. « The house was spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. The view in the back yard good with the river behind the house. We had Christmas Dinner there and everyone fit at the table and lots of room in the kitchen. I loved where the house was located. »
