Talk about beauty! This Southern Cottage sits on a double lot on Lake Kathy and is located just 30 mins south of Chattanooga off I-75. Super Easy to find.

This gorgeous cottage was just completely gutted and remodeled in October 2023 with gorgeous quartz countertops, custom tiled shower, new paint, shiplap wall and new split unit AC system.

The water pressure issue and some of the past reviews has been fixed! All new plumbing throughout.

This home is just around 600 sq ft and has 1 bed/1 bath, full kitchen and nice living room with LED TV and huge stone gas fireplace.

The view from either inside or outside of the cottage is beautiful. It overlooks Lake Kathy and is PERFECT for a couples get away. Lake Kathy is not a fresh water lake it is a huge pond.

There is 1 queen sized bed and a love seat and couch. They do not pull out into an actual bed.

This is a NON SMOKING (INSIDE)

Listen to the birds and the geese sing while you sit on your rocking chair back porch! Want to fish? Literally open the door and walk straight out to your dock on the water without your feet ever touching grass!

Its time to relax and get back to nature. Rest, Rejuvenate and Relax!

*This is a personally owned home and is not part of a cottage community for rentals. There are houses all around however this home has a fence blocking next door and a large open lot on one side. This is a well established older neighborhood surrounded by good old country folk who are super kind!
