'This is a great little house! Everything was squeaky clean from top to bottom. The home has been nicely updated throughout, and the kitchen is excellent — well-equipped and a pleasure to cook in. We especially loved the DeLonghi coffee maker; it made fantastic brews every morning. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept great. The master bathroom has a wonderful walk-in shower, which is perfect for older travelers or anyone with mobility issues. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo....

'Very happy you find this rental. It is very close for when we come yo visit the grandkids. Close to shopping and everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. The snacks were a welcome perk. The host is very responsive and answered every question.'

'Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. I had a couple questions, and Shelli, the host, got right back to me. I would definitely stay there again.'

' The house was impeccably clean with so many fun amenities and little extras throughout the house. The memory foam beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our party of 7. The communication with the host was terrific. The only issue we encountered was the coffee grinder being clogged, so we bought coffee at the store. But that is such a minor thing compared to all of the wonderful amenities and bonuses we encountered. Oh, and that couch was heavenly. '

'Solid low cost option for a quick run to Corvallis for a football game. It’s a small space but great for 2 people. Clean. '

'We had a great stay! It was only for one night as several adults and teens were running a race at Silver Falls early the next morning. This house suited our needs nicely. It may have helped to have more blankets available as options. We couldn’t figure out the Google thermostat…I think only the owner could adjust the settings to a bit warmer…but we made do. Thanks for making your house available to appreciative strangers! :)'

'We enjoyed our stay at the Little House on Ferry very much! Mary checked in with us shortly after we arrived to see if everything was ok & again during our stay. The location is very quiet, we loved the walk- in shower, the bed was great, and the living room was comfortable & relaxing. Everything was very clean & it was a great place for us to have some quiet after spending busy days at our son's house.'

'This is unique older property, with modern amenities thrown in. It is huge and has an amazing kitchen, with just the basic countertop appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area & conveniently located bathrooms/shower area. We also enjoyed the charm and uniqueness of all of the bedrooms! It is very close to shopping & food delivery places. The host was very helpful when contacted. We (myself, grandchildren & their families) absolutely loved our time in the house and would definitely book...

'Check in was a little difficult, but when we got ahold of the host all was well.'

'Excellent quality in every area. Spacious back yard as well. Well managed'

'The home was spotless with every amenity. We enjoyed the proximity to McMinnville restaurants, wineries and the Evergreen Museum. The trails near the house were a bonus. We would highly recommend this home.'
