The suite was nice, but the jerk that was at the front desk hung up on us when we called about the elevator not working. So we called Corporate. They told us to go to the front desk and ask for the manager, no manager available, this is a Saturday, we asked for the managers number, but he said we couldn't call her. So we picked up the business card from the desk for the jerks boss. She was basically rude also, but did tell us to call Expedia and Corporate again. They finally decided to give us a refund for that night. We also went down to the front desk to talk to jerk again to tell him that we couldn't get our door open because a screw was loose and jammed side ways which made it hard to open, once again this man was such a jerk, said he would put in a work order. They showed up Sunday when we were checking out to fix it. They need to fire that man that is the only one left to run their hotel, that is not even a manager, just a front desk check in clerk, won't ever stay at a Sonesta again.
