Incroyable grande maison de 5 chambres à Dallas avec piscine et superbe bain à remous situé dans un quartier calme haut de gamme à proximité du centre-ville. Plan d'étage ouvert idéal pour les grands groupes à la recherche de divertissement privé et d'espace extérieur relaxant. Conçue et décorée par des professionnels, cette belle maison de plain-pied (NO STEPS) est un régal pour les yeux! Comprend une cuisine bien équipée, un bar, une table de billard, des siÚges pour 15 personnes, du granit haut de gamme, du bois dur et des meubles partout. Vous ne serez pas déçu!

L'ESPACE: Conçu pour le divertissement, le plan d'Ă©tage ÉNORME est idĂ©al pour les grands groupes. Beaucoup de siĂšges avec sectionnel en cuir massif, tĂ©lĂ©vision 4K 65 "et Internet haut dĂ©bit. Le bar est Ă©quipĂ© d'une machine Ă  glaçons, d'un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur Ă  vin, d'Amazon Echo (musique). Vous pouvez vous mĂȘler au bar, jouer au billard ou profiter d'activitĂ©s de plein air comme le ping-pong, le Beer Pong et le trou de maĂŻs.

5 CHAMBRES: La suite principale est grande et confortable avec un lit king size et un téléviseur HD 4K 55 ". Douche pour deux personnes avec deux pommes de douche réguliÚres et une troisiÚme, pomme de douche à effet pluie. Terminé avec deux vanités et dressing. Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond, une TVHD et des lits super confortables. AccÚs direct aux salles de bain depuis 3 chambres. Les 2 autres chambres accÚdent à la salle de bain avec baignoire à jets et douche par le couloir.

CUISINE ET SALLE À MANGER: La cuisine spacieuse et ENTIÈREMENT ÉQUIPÉE permet Ă  de nombreuses personnes de prĂ©parer des repas et comprend une cuisiniĂšre double de 36 po KitchenAid. Deux salles Ă  manger avec de nombreux siĂšges pour 15 personnes. RĂ©frigĂ©rateur supplĂ©mentaire dans le garage.

EXTÉRIEUR: La piscine a un Ă©clairage LED et une profondeur maximale d'environ 5. 5 pieds, ce qui la rend adaptĂ©e aux enfants. Spa haut de gamme pour 8 personnes. Beaucoup de siĂšges et de repas en plein air complimentĂ© avec la tĂ©lĂ©vision. A Ă  la fois un gril Ă  gaz et un gril Ă  charbon.

Adapté au handicap. Aucune marche dans la maison en entrant par l'allée.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful Dallas home! The house was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for our group. With four well-appointed bedrooms, everyone had plenty of space to relax and unwind. The highlight was definitely the pool! It was the perfect spot to lounge and made our stay feel like a true vacation.The location was also great — close enough to the city for restaurants and entertainment, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that felt peaceful and safe. The hosts were responsive and made check-in and check-out super easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely book again next time we’re in town!

We were beyond impressed with our stay at this location! Everything was as described in the listing, and the owners have gone even beyond! From coffee flavoring to extra beds/pack’n plays they have thought of everything! I’ve never stayed in a more organized or well prepared VRBO! This was by far our best experience ever. Also, if I could give bonus stars for cleanliness I would! Not only were the amenities available, they were high quality. Finally, the owners were impeccable with communication. Responses were helpful and timely. Would highly recommend staying here if at all possible! Truly appreciate all the effort that has gone into making this an all time favorite place to stay!

The rooms are big, the pool table was a real hit, the hot tub and heated swimming pool were fun, the bathrooms huge and great showers, the beds comfortable. It was just a very nice place for our whole family to come and visit our daughter for thanksgiving.

We had a great time staying at this property. The pool, pool table, and overall setup of the house was perfect for entertaining everyone from ages 14 to 80. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions/concerns.

I had a retreat for a group of 7 women and this house was wonderful! The kitchen is wonderful and had everything we needed, the living room and dining areas were perfect for relaxing and spending time together and the pool was so much fun! We even snuck in some ping pong and a game of pool. Our host was very communicative and helpful. HIGHLY recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in this home and was able to experience the solar eclipse from the pool and backyard - amazing experience. We had a very nice interaction with Blake before and during our stay and he responded promptly to our requests. Highly recommendable house for a large group.

We had nine of us in town for a “Say Yes to the Dress: Mother of the Bride/Groom Edition” and this house was the perfect place to stay! It was spacious and comfortable and provided us with a great place to relax and have fun after long days of shopping! I would definitely book here again and highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in this area!

The home was beautiful and very spacious. It was in a wonderful neighborhood. We felt very safe. The home did have quiet rules etc. There were a few hiccups we encountered but the management did show up to fix the problems.

The house was really nice but it was not a relaxing stay. There are sooo many rules not listed on the initial booking. Papers are posted all over the house about a curfew (not being outside after a certain time), very strict rules about guests that only visit, and etc. It felt like we had to walk on eggshells to not be charged extra. Also, there were roaches in the master bathroom. Maintenance did come out the next day and spray but for over $3k for a weekend stay, you would think that wouldn’t be an issue. Lastly, there was no hot water on one whole side of the house. The host was made aware after the first night but told us we weren’t turning the nozzle correctly. After checking every faucet on that side of the house, maintenance was sent out again. We were told that something was not lit and the part would not be available in time for our stay. There was no monetary compensation for having one less bathroom for the number of people staying in the home. I have stayed in other VRBO homes and never felt like this. The house was nice, so it’s unfortunate for the other events that transpired, to make this a 1 star rating. I would not recommend.

Such a wonderful stay! Everything was clearly outlined. Huge space for our multi generational group. Everyone loved the home and was super comfortable. My dad even wanted me to take pictures to get design ideas for a future home. Superb layout! Pool was enjoyed by all! Quiet, upscale neighborhood! Made for a memorable graduation weekend for my son from SMU. Thank you!!! Memories for a lifetime! Definitely would stay here again!!

We stayed here a few years ago and loved it. Covid kept us away after that, so we were thrilled to return. The location can’t be beat with close proximity to just about everything. There’s a path for walking or jogging not too far out the front door. The home itself is spacious and clean and well-supplied. We had a big group of 7 adults and 5 kids, so could have used a few extra bath towels. But there were plenty of beach towels. Too cold to swim but the hot tub was enjoyed by all. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed. We hope to return again!’

My husband's family meets every year in Dallas for the Red River Showdown. This year we decided to bring our kids and friend of mine and her family for them to all hang out at the house and enjoy a mini vacation. The house was absolutely beautiful, very large for all of the kids to run around, the details of the home were posted throughout and answered any questions we had. We did pay the added amount for the pool to be heated. The kids expressed one day that they thought it wasn't very warm and the property owners jumped on our concern very swiftly. They were wonderful the days leading up to our stay and readily available throughout our stay. We received nothing but great feedback from our family and friends and will most likely try to stay again next year.

When we first walked into the house the house smelled SO strongly of marijuana, we thought oh maybe it’s just cologne or cleaning supplies. The kiddos wanted to swim so we just started unpacking and all went to the pool. That’s where we found left over joints crushed by the pool- therefore we knew it was what we were smelling. I contacted the managers and they were aware of the problem and tried to air it out before our stay. We also had a toilet that was not bolted to the floor which we mentioned and they fixed it within 24 hours. The pool vacuum cleaner was also broken so they came and removed that the second day but nothing was provided in its place so the pool got pretty dirty. The pool itself was great in size but the maintenance on the pool is lacking. There are several cracked tiles and/or missing tiles throughout the pool. The pool slate tile outside of the pool gets very hot from the sun so I would recommend bringing a canopy to help shade the tile. Also an hand-bar entry into the pool would be nice for the elderly trying to enter and exit the pool. The hot tub was also missing maybe close to 20 jets. The cleanliness of this “luxury house” was disgusting. Our kiddos played blocks on the ground in front of the fire place and their feet and knees were black with dirt. The adults feet were black by just walking around to the rooms etc. it’s clear the floors were not clean. The bed I slept in had crumbs in the sheets and dried contacts from previous guests. The master bathroom did not have any hot water besides the first day. There was no ice maker as described in the listing; it appears it was removed from the wet bar. The layout of the house was great and the beds were comfy- we enjoyed having fans in the rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked as described (minus having enough steak knives for 13 people). Overall this property gets 3 stars as it did provide a nice place for our family to gather and create memories. It was the price we paid and the lack of attention to detail which brings our review down. Blake was friendly and fixed the toilet within 24 hours, which we appreciate. The management staff responded quickly to our messages. Location of the house is great and we felt very safe.
