The space
This property DOES NOT allow water access. Rental agreement REQUIRED to be signed upon booking and deposit required depending on size of party. NO PARTIES of any kind. (Please direct message if you have a unique small group/ party situation.) Communication is key! Your reservation will be canceled if this is not followed.

The LIVING ROOM is open and spacious with a large overly spacious, extremely comfortable sectional. 65" Smart TV that allows you to stream your favorite shows and movies.

The GAME ROOM is equipped with everything you can ask for to enjoy family fun time with the pool table, arcade game and 75" Smart TV.
Step out on to the back patio, with over 800sqft of newly remodeled PATIO SPACE. Sit cozy and comfortable by the fire or lunge in comfort in the hot tub as you enjoy the sprawling trees and waterfront view. Spacious areas outside the house gives ample outdoor opportunity to relax and enjoy the lake.

The KITCHEN is fully stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, cups, mixing bowls, knives, pots and pans, and basic cooking utensils.
Also, towels, sponge, dish soap, salt, pepper, oil and cooking spray. Appliances include Microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher, and Keurig Coffee machine with pods.

Bedroom #1: Master Suite bedroom has a luxury king bed mattress with a 52" Smart TV, extra blankets and pillows and full size master bathroom with shower and soaking tub.
Bedroom #2: Queen Bedroom, open room bedroom with luxury queen mattress and 50” Smart TV.
Bunk Room #3: Sleeps up to 4 people with two sets up FULL size bunk beds (full top and bottom).
Bedroom #4: Queen Bedroom, open room bedroom with luxury queen mattress and 50” Smart TV.

The property is treated every week for bugs but we can't fully control bugs on the patio or furniture and even sometimes in the house. We will not offer discounts for this.
