'Alles was gewoon goed voor elkaar. Altijd koffie en frisdrank beschikbaar, en dat zit bij de prijs in, net als ontbijt en tussen 17:30 en 19:00 een snack die ook als avond maaltijd door kan. Plus 3 drankjes met alcohol ( niet voor mij want drink niet). Maar zit er allemaal bij. Kamers zijn schoon en zwembad en hottub zijn heerlijk. Al met al een top hotel'

'Josh over night staff was terrible and full of lies and mistakes/miscommunication. He said he could try to help us and his bosses in my opinion left him for dead. He’s not totally in charge of anything, but needs to get permission from the “on site” manager DJ. DJ I never saw and only talked to for 5 mins.
We got there our first night and it smelled in the hallway (3rd floor). We turned the sink on in the bathroom to wash our hands and the water sat. The shower was on for only 2 minutes, and...

'Unbeknownst to us, we booked our stay during a dog show, and the condition of this hotel was absolutely unacceptable. The property was poorly maintained and unclean, to the point that our allergies became so severe we had to cut our stay short and relocate to another Hyatt in Grapevine.
I have never experienced a Hyatt this dirty. The air conditioning unit was covered in dust, our room was missing a microwave, and the entrance had an awful smell. To make matters worse, there was no dedicated...

'Everything was fine; the breakfast lacked variety but was passable. The only issue is that they really should separate families and couples onto different floors. I didn't have the best night's sleep; the people in room 315 started talking, shouting, and making so much noise at 11 PM—it was just too much. I reported it to the front desk at 2 AM, and they said they would speak to them, but the nightmare continued until 4 AM.'
