Hotels in de buurt van Dalai Lama Temple Complex (Dharamshala)

'The room was very clean and the hotel location is in a peaceful forest 15 minutes walk to McLeod Ganj where the Dalai Lama lives and the main square. The food at breakfast was excellent and you can ask for things like bananas that were not on the table. The staff were attentive. Our laundry service was excellent as well.'

'The staff were so helpful and really looked after us. Even quickly giving me a seperate room to my friend very late at night, when she was really ill and needed space. The location is also stunning. I would recommend Chonor House. Thanks.'

'Good place. I extended my stay.'

'Personeel was uitmuntend. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hotel is wandelafstand van de winkelstraat en het tempel complex. Schoon en comfortabel. Restaurant serveert een goed ontbijt en avond eten.'

'Great food and staff'

'Good Location and Facilities, but Some Important Concerns The hotel is conveniently located and offers helpful parking. The reception staff were welcoming and provided good service. The Superior and Maharaja Rooms have scenic mountain views, and the food was good, although the restaurant serves only vegetarian dishes—a limitation that should be communicated in advance. 'Very slow internet Room was ok Location is hard to find and to get to '

'Likes - staff willing to serve, Dislike - bathroom not venting due to broken fan - sewage stench, permeating through the room, lack of hot water!'

'Location was great'

'There was no hygiene'

'We had a fabulous stay at La Riqueza. The hotel is clean and extremely well run - no request was too much for the brilliant staff. It is also very well located between Dharamshala and McLeod Ganj, with great views across the valley in which Dharamshala sits. Highly recommended !'

'I was physically attacked by the manager of this hotel. He became very aggressive when I offered to pay with an international card but he only accepts cash or UPI. When I wanted to get cash for him, he refrained me from taking by bags in the car. When I tried to leave, he grabbed me at the throat and scratched my arm. When I left one bag behind to get cash, he locked up the driver and took his keys and phone. Sunny, the manager, is a dangerous man and I warn you to stay away from the hotel....

'The hygiene was an issue in the room and common areas. The room was dark and dingy. Utensils were not clean. The hotel is not well maintained.'

'We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The rooms offer a stunning view that truly enhanced our experience. The entire staff was professional and welcoming, but we would like to extend a special thanks to Himmat ji, who meticulously looked after every detail of our stay. The culinary experience was equally impressive, with delicious food served throughout our visit. Additionally, the hotel’s location is perfect—within walking distance of the local market, Bhagsu Temple, and the waterfall, and...
