Motels in South Dakota

'It’s a dated motor lodge that needs work. The room was in ok shape for the age. The bed was on some sort of metal box that made a thump every time you get off or on it. The tv was big and worked as it should. The bathroom room was terrible. The toilet was incredibly low to the ground and the shower barely worked. Pretty disappointing after reading the reviews of this place. Hopefully I was in a room that hadn’t been remodeled and the other are in better shape.'

'Check-in is difficult at best as it is between 4 pm to 6 pm and after that you would be provided additional instructions because they are closed. She was not pleasant and all business. I think if you wanted to check-in before 4 pm there is a $50 charge. A $4 charge for a bag ice. There are too many rules and charges 🙄. She suggests places to eat worked for her but not those who are traveling under a budget. The only place she suggested was the Miner's Restaurant next door by the Miner's Hotel,...
