'There were a couple minor issues when I arrived and the owner was immediate in the response and easy to work with. Turns out the previous guest made a mess of the blender and the host wanted it cleaned thoroughly for the next guest so she brought it right over. The house is just far enough out of town with a nice perch on a cliff and a great west facing view. It is also centrally located if you want to go to Rapid City, Hill City, Custer, or Deadwood. 'Can't say enough about positive things about this stay, As someone needing a place that accommodates a pair of dogs, I couldn't have asked for more. An easily accessible yard coupled with a rustic cabin that is both comfy and pet friendly is not an easy find. We had another couple stay with us and we all appreciated the surroundings (beautiful neighborhood surrounded by parks great for both people and dog walking) and easy access to both the Black Hills and and the conveniences of Rapid City....
