The separate outbuilding offers two single beds that can be joined together as a double, and a private bathroom.



Outdoors, the property boasts a garden area with outdoor furniture. A lovely terrace shaded by a sail and a lime tree offers a pleasant spot for relaxation. Additionally, the property provides various walking trails, and each window has fixed mosquito nets.



The house is located in the countryside in the heart of a small hamlet comprising 3 houses. Nearest shops in Martel (8 km).
