The Cabin
All our cabins at Ponderosa Place feature vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and log accents. Kitchens have everything you need to cook except ovens... Stove tops, Fridge, Microwave, Coffee pot, all dishes, pots, pans, utensils are provided. Each cabin has AC units to help you cool down as well as cove heat if you are visiting in the cooler months. All linens and towels are provided along with basic soaps.
Outside Space
Cool off in the shared back yard with gentle log swing and seating area all under our huge willow tree. Or stretch your legs and let the kids burn some energy off in the two shared large front yards! There is a swing set for the kiddos, and 2 firepits for evening enjoyment.

Located just a few blocks off the main street in Custer you can walk to the grocery store along with shopping and restaurants!

Space as described, probably a bit more spacious then expected for this 2 bedroom cabin. In the "city" but was very quiet just a few streets off the main road. Good outdoor spaces! Surprised by the nice hiking trail just a few blocks away (Big Rock Trailhead). Easy drive or just walk a few blocks to the grocery store (Dakotamart).

Wonderful stay, great stay, plenty of things to do and room!
We had a family group of five adults and there was plenty of room for another person to stay. The cabin was clean and cute. The bathroom was really functional and the shower worked amazing. We really enjoyed the location as it was close to all the memorials and parks in the black hills area and Custer is a really cool town. Five minute walk to the town Main Street where there are loads of options for food, shopping, bars, entertainment and even groceries! We highly recommend this cabin and location. The owner was really lovely and responded to a text quickly!
