'Very cute little cabin (although I thought it was a stand alone cabin-was actually a row of connected cabins), quiet neighborhood, nice outside seating, very close to downtown Custer. '

'This place was way back in the fields. Looked like a nice place but no phone coverage. My husband has heart issues and we needer phone access. I can't say enough about the host she was very accommodating and returned our money. i can't say enough good things about her. '

'This is the second time in two years that my adult son and I stayed in this exact unit. The two bedrooms with the living room and kitchen gave us ample room. We spent a lot of time in Custer State Park which is easy to access from this location. The unit was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have a full size refrigerator with a freezer.'

'The Pondside Lodge was a splendid place to stay for our trip to South Dakota! The lodge is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The living room picture window looks out over the pond and the Needles are clearly visible in the distance. It is a very relaxing location - quiet and lovely. 'The cabin we stayed at was clean and well maintained, the amenities provided were good, toaster and microwave and coffee maker included. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The location of Pine Haven was great because it's a short drive to Keystone, Mount Rushmore, and also not too far away from Rapid City and the airport.'

'This cabin is in a great location! We had access to everything we wanted to see during our stay. The description was accurate, but be aware that the ceiling is sloped, as in the pictures. A really tall person might feel cramped, especially in the bathroom, but it did not cause us any problems. There is a little distant road noise from the highway in the mornings and evenings but later in the evening and at night it was very tranquil.
