Partez en week-end dans un appart'hôtel à Cœur de l'Angleterre

« I stayed here as I had an event I was going to at the CBS Arena and I could literally walk there from where I was, so it was perfectly situated for me. The apartment had everything I needed. The apartment did have a standing fan, although I did take 2 extra little portable bedside fans as the weather was particularly hot. The only suggestions I have is that there could be a better mirror or lighted up mirror for doing make-up. I would also prefer curtains to the blinds as these did keep banging...

« Was unable to check in. Noone answered any of the phone numbers provided with the booking or on the door at the property. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE »

« I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues. »

« At check in I asked for walks in the area from the accommodation and the lady said she didn’t know. I would expect the customer services dept to be able to provide that information. I would also expect to be taken to the room rather than pointed in the right direction. Room good as expected for price - disappointing no mirror in bedroom and not good ventilation in bathroom. Milk not provided for tea in room. Restaurant on a sunny Saturday afternoon- plates and glasses weren’t cleared away which...

« We stayed at The Gresham Aparthotel on Saturday night. While the hotel itself was clean, the room was very nice and well presented, unfortunately our stay was very much ruined by the noise throughout the night. Our room was at the front of the building and the noise from outside was extremely loud. We experienced people shouting, swearing and singing, car horns, sirens and general street noise continuously throughout the night, right through until around 7am on Sunday morning. As a result, we...

« the room was okay but it smelt like damp and thier was quite a lot of black mould behind the sofa »

« The Judges lodgings are in a great location for visiting Gloucester and nearby Cotswolds. The size of the apartment was perfect for our family and had all of the amenities required, even included shower gel, hand wash etc. The beds were not the most comfortable and we didn't bother using the single fold up bed. We were disappointed that there was no freezer in the apartment, which is useful when you are self catering. Also, we had 2 cars and parking was only available for one car. We paid for...
