« If you get booked in room Alpha make sure you bring pillows and hit up the pharmacy for sleeping pills. it’s directly next to the front door so you hear everyone’s comings and goings. « The host was unresponsive as soon as we got into the apartment. The WiFi didn’t work and that made the TV not work. So we had no TV or WiFi for 6 days because the host would not answer. The house was cleaned but not deep cleaned. The couch, curtains and walls were all dirty. And there were a lot bugs in the apartment. The listing was incorrect also. « i had an insane 8 or 9 days with their AI "nomi". they put a 100 charge that made no sense on the day i was leaving. the AI is amazing at saying one thing and then saying exactly the opposite. at no point could they ever tell me what the charge was for and despite saying this was a high priority, i couldn't talk to a human or get an answer. »
