'The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. '

'Unique set up reminiscent of the 1960 Olympics when the athletes stayed in this hotel. The outside area is newly landscaped with two brand new hot tubs, which were amazing. The pool was closed for cleaning. They have a shuttle that is supposed to run every 10 minutes, but we waited for 30 one time before giving up on it and walking to the hotel -only about a 10 minute walk from Olympic village. Olympic village is adorable and Palisades ski resort was awesome. Had a weird interaction at checkout...

'Very close to the lake! Beautiful lake views!Up two flights of stairs, one outside, one inside to living room/kitchen. 2 bedrooms on first level. Nice fireplace,with firewood!The property maintenance guy spread 2 to 3 grains of sand to prevent slipping on ice. Needs to spread MORE!One of our guests slipped and fell!The property owner was easy to communicate with, and was responsive!'
