Great spot with everything we needed to make it our base for 3 days of exploring the northern areas of Redwood and Jedediah Smith as well as the ocean. All the comforts of home and then some! We’ll definitely book again when we return to the area.

Poppies Coastal Cottage was such a beautiful & clean space, my husband and I loved it! I’m a destination elopement photographer and travel frequently and this was one of my favorite stays. I love a cozy space & will definitely be back!

Property is amazing, the view is spectacular. Check in was very easy. Someone met us and let us in, explained parking and access codes. The town is really cute nice restaurants. I would definitely go back.

We had a great stay at Poppies Cottage. The unit was clean, modern, well appointed and very comfortable. Our host Nick was very responsive to our questions and gave clear directions. We would highly recommend Poppies Cottage.

This was a great clean well stocked house! Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had all the things….. if you have more than 2 adults bring some extra towels for showers

Nick was a great host! Cottage is as pictured. Garden was just beautiful. So convenient for the Redwoods and close to the beach.

This house was perfect. Open kitchen, dining & family room was large & roomy. Every room was very spacious. Super comfortable. Beautiful landscape. Very clean. While tucked off to the side of the main house, it definitely has its own area & didn’t feel weird or cramped. Highly recommend & if in the area again, we would definitely stay again.

The cottage was easy to find with easy access. The living space is spacious and the kitchen has everything one would need. Laundry is right there. It is very comfortable and an excellent value. The unit is very clean. We really had no complaints. Nice touch to have coffee beans and grinder ready to go! Nick is very responsive and has detailed instructions about the place. It also is very close to the Redwood Parks. Would definitely stay there again.

Incredible place, honestly I can't recommend it highly enough. Super clean, well stocked, and just comfortable all around. There was even a bidet in the bathroom! Great location as well.

Perfect for Exploring the Redwoods and the Pacific Coast

Great place, clean, and well located. House had LOTS of natural light and all the necessities for a family of four - we cooked breakfast and dinner both days and had a comfortable place to rest.

Immaculate property!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was spotless and very nicely decorated and had all the necessities to make our stay feel like home. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was large had great water pressure. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area!

Rainy refuge

A wonderful place to stay even with it raining everyday. Only thing missing was hot cocoa to sip while being all cozy inside.
