'This is a great property with a fantastic view. Everything was well maintained and cared for with good consideration to decor and function. The only very minor issues we experienced were the back door not opening and some of the weeds could have been mowed, but otherwise everything was great!'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the accommodations suited us perfectly. 3 things to bring to your attention: downstairs bathroom door would not stay shut, we used a washcloth around the door when we shut it to keep it in place. Also downstairs bathroom the towel rack under window came loose so we just put in on the window sill. Upstairs king bedroom the lamp shade was loose and would not tighten. These issues did not effect our stay, just wanted to let you know.I would highly recommend this...

'Beautiful home that sits at the end of a well-maintained dirt road. If you're "city folk", you might find the drive up (consisting of some twists and turns) intimidating, but it's navigable in 2WD/FWD during non-winter times. I drove it a number of times in 2WD in a half-ton pickup and another drove it in a FWD car, no issues. 'Wonderful experience and very responsive (yet discreet) hosts. It was a bit hot in August, but closing the blinds during the sunny hours and putting a fan in open windows at night cooled it down enough for us. The creek is so nice, wildflowers and butterflies and birds, a breezy porch... We were sad to leave when it was over. Lots of board games, too, which our kids loved! A nice fire pit by the creek. "We were scammed at this hotel!! Do not book here! When we arrived at the given location ( we received an email from the hotel to check-in at a different location) but the door was closed and nobody was there. We phoned the hotel twice and left a message. We than waited another 20 minutes and left, this to look for a different hotel. We than contacted Expedia, to explain what happened. We were told that we should have waited there and that there was no way to get our prepayment back. I am totally dissapointed in this hotel AND the expedia service. Gold member for more than 10 years, but unsure now if i will continue with them"
