(minor inconvenience); eating options were at quite a distance, since the grille at the closest marina is closed M&T. « Great place for the family. Swimming and fishing right in the backyard. Short walk to the dock. Bedrooms were arranged perfectly for our family. 3 bathrooms a definite plus. Cell service a little spotty but that just forces families to spend time enjoying each other instead of being on their phones. »

« Well the VRBO website was down so check in was difficult and the owner was unavailable at the time we arrived. The cabin inside was clean but you should plan on bringing TP, paper towel and things like that. (There are stores nearby ) The control for the AC is not in the downstairs cabin where we stayed so we got hot at night and the porch facing the lake had not been swept or cleaned in awhile. The price and the location made up for the inconveniences so I’d definitely book again. »

« Adorable cabin at the end of the lane. Excellent amenities, front porch was where we spent most of or time. Sweet little getaway for a couple or small family in excellent condition. However, it is small; one bedroom doubles as the television room. There are no laundry facilities, and no place to really "unpack." The only dining area is on the porch. « This stay was everything I wanted out of weekend fishing/camping trip and more. Beautiful property, lots of wildlife and an all around perfect place to casually enjoy the outdoors just north of Birmingham. We only stayed 1 night in one of the cabins but packed in a ton of fishing with a few buddies of mine and caught around 75 fish total.
