This place was exactly as described. We came to the Houston area for the 4th of July holiday weekend. The location was perfect, and the place was spacious. I would definitely recommend. The host was very attentive to our needs.

What a great experience. The home was clean, safe neighborhood, nice neighbors, easy rules. My favorite amenity however was our host- Anthony was super responsive and made the stay enjoyable.

Even though we didn't get the unit that we were assigned (there was some maintenance issues) we ended up getting something close to it. It was nice.

The home was beautiful and nice looks exactly like the pictures. Had trouble with the air not working upstairs other than that host was good and was responding to messages. Enjoyed the gameroom the most with all the games that was in there ! Will most definitely book again !

“Bright & Clean” It was the prefect place for us to lay our heads while in town visiting family. Quiet neighborhood in a gated community with the garage was a bonus. Hangers in the closets would have been a nice touch, so bring a few if you feel you would need them. TV in the living room was very nice and the game room upstairs was a fun addition. We ate out most of the time didn’t really use a lot of the kitchen, but it would be a great layout for families to enjoy.

Mr. Anthony made himself available at all times and made the check in process easy. The house was clean and spotless. I would definitely book with him again. There were 3 games to play in the game room. Pool is what I played and I won! Book with Mr. Anthony. He was awesome!

This was a frustrating experience with this host and the overall experience was poor. We booked months ahead, yet no word from the host until 2 days before check-in, and only after VRBO customer service got involved. Then the check-in details were never sent even after the check-in time had passed. I had to reach out again to request them.We were a group of 8 (clearly listed in our reservation). However, the kitchen contained only 3 glasses, 4 plates &bowls, and 6 mugs. The kitchen was extremely sparse -- not stocked at all. Again, I contacted the host who said he would look into it and get back to us the next day. He gave us access to the storage closet that had paper plates. HE NEVER GOT BACK TO US. So we were forced to use paper plates and share glasses. It was absurd. There were: no bars of soap in the showers; barely a tablespoon of liquid dish soap in the kitchen sink dispenser; no drying rack for the dishes (some were not dishwasher safe). In the washing machine were 2 wet towels with a moldy smell. Various closet doors were broken. The mattresses were very soft and the pillows were thin like airline pillows. In the bedroom with 2 beds, the beds took up 90% of the room with no place to put luggage or move around. The A/C was mediocre. We requested a late checkout of noon. He charged us for that but then didn't tell the cleaning crew, who showed up early. It was all disappointing, especially since we traveled with my 80-year-old parents with us.

The host didnt provide me the check in details until i had to reach out to him. Which was on the day of my rental agreement. The place is family friendly, roomy, nice and clean. But there were things broken in the house, such as the fridge middle door, ants in the kitchen counter and etc... i asked him twice about the issues of the home, he replied that he'll have someone there to check tomorrow but no one came, so be aware and take pics b4 you stay! The listing states that the house has the toiletries and necessities for each bathroom but it was the bare to the minimum. We have a family of 8. So each person had 1 big towel, 3 rolls of tp to spend for a week, 2 bathrooms has shampoo while mine had hair conditioner. So we didn't had body wash, hand soap, blow dryer, wash cloths, hand towels and dish scrub. So we had to take the time to get them. We did contact the host, he did provide us with 3 tp, 1 blow dryer, 2 paper towels and 1 scrub. Claiming he can't provide the other supplies because his cleaner lost the inventory key. Which I don't understand why it has anything to do with us. The host doesn't respond at a timely manner. It's usually 1 day or 2 days. To top it off, he wanted to show the house to a potential buyer during our rental agreement. I told him no because we still have our belongings there. But yet a realtor did show up announced and scared my poor mom. He never apologize for it either.
