' Beautiful decorated room with a super comfy big bed. The breakfast every morning is delicious and the owner always open for a chat. Large garden and a small gate at the end to go to the vineyards. A small Nespresso machine in the room would make it perfect! ;) We visited Bergerac, Duras, Eymet and Bordeaux. Beautiful area.'

'We stayed one night at la bastane and we loved it. It is a beautiful housing with modern rooms and a cosy decorating. The owners are very friendly and make you feel at home instantly. We arrived early, but could enjoy a wine tasting. The wines are delicious, so before leaving we bought some for home. We enjoyed a dinner in the garden with an amazing view and sunset. I loved every moment during our stay. The breakfast was also good'

'The host is just so helpful and cheerful, the room is super clean and the attention of detail from the host makes the stay so much enjoyable. Unfortunely for me, my room was the one on the main road and I am a light sleeper, so sleep was not the best experience so agreed with host to reserve a room at the back of the Mas for my next stay. '

Delphine, the owner left a career in television in Paris to pursue her dream of running a guest house and she does this to a very high standard. We are clearly talking a labour of love here. 'Our stay was unforgettable. Olivier and Nathalie are wonderful hosts of a very beautiful hotel with tastefully decorated, comfortable rooms. The dinners (table d'hôtes) were phenomenal with excellent wine pairings from the region. We also very much appreciated the recommendations on things to do in the vicinity and which scenic roads to take. We felt like we stayed with family. It was so peaceful and restful that we can't wait to go back and stay longer. Very highly recommended!'

'Chambre et endroit très propre et calme. Le parquet craque un peu au risque de réveiller les voisins de palier mais c'est ce qui fait le charme de cet endroit. Je pense qu'il faut être relativement peu bruyant pour passer un bon séjour. Endroit idéal pour un séjour au calme, le propriétaire est très disponible et arrangeant. '
