'Our host was very nice and helpful with any questions we had. Location is about 7 minutes to the Metro (Line 1) which was perfect! The neighborhood was very nice. Carrefour grocery was down the block for anything we needed. It is a lovely space. We enjoyed our time there immensely. I recommend and would absolutely stay there again. '

'J'y ai séjourné avec ma sœur. Difficile d'ouvrir la boite à clés !. Pas de fenêtre qui s'ouvre dans la pièce principale et étant donné la chaleur, on aurait apprécié un peu d'air. Rideau pas assez large. Appartement au dessous de la cage d'escalier de l'immeuble, donc beaucoup de bruit lorsque les gens rentrent à 2h, 3h du matin et sortent à 6h du matin. Homme de ménage bruyant à 6H30. Fenêtre de la chambre donne sur les poubelles ! Pas calme du tout.! Canapé inconfortable et qui grince. SDB...

'Communication with the property management company was terrible. It could only happen directly by phoning them and not through VRBO. That said, once we realized that, it was much better. Apartment itself was open and spacious but there is no A/C. There's also a lingering smell of cigarettes from before but I suppose that's Paris for you. Finally, everytime we turned the stove on, we couldn't put anything else on in the room or it would trip the electric box.'

'We visited when the apartment is under renovation, so it left a lot to be desired. There were water leaks in the toilet, there's a nest of pigeons living above us and the owner did enter without explicit consent (it was fine with us since we took our valuables with us).However, for the price, it's an insanely good location with 3 minutes walk to a station that takes you to downtown.'

'I knew from the start that we would have to make a trade-off between location and apartment size for our family stay in Paris (grandmother, parents, 3 kids). I was so glad we chose this property. It was just as listed with 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets, and 2 full baths. The property manager was extremely helpful and everything was clean and comfortable. It was about a 15-minute walk to either of 2 metro lines and the neighborhood was fun, with several good shops and cafes just a couple of blocks...
