'Staff was awesome. Victoria was extremely nice and helpful at check in. The room was clean. However, the bathroom smelled like musty butt really bad. I would highly suggest/encourage a deep clean or bleach before allowing another family to stay in that unit again. Pool looked ran down and hallway leading to it smelled of marijuana. '

'All of the staff members were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating from allowing us to check in early and check out late to offering bottled water when we were clearly dying of thirst after a busy day. We would definitely stay there again!'

'The hot tub was peaceful. Barking frog’s food was average and not worth the prices. food was random and had too much going on. Hosts were great and helpful, especially the gentlemen who worked in the evenings. The shower flooded the bathroom every time we showered though. still great housekeeping and service. '

' Sure would have been nice to have been informed that a giant convention of little league baseball players would be swarming the hotel. We got a complaint call from the front desk because our tv was too loud...it's because we couldn't hear it over the elephants stomping over our heads or the loud house party happening in the courtyard outside our window or the hordes of children swimming in the pool well until 11:30. Not cool at all.'

'Absolutely loved this hotel! The pool was great, the breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. The Old Spaghetti Factory is in walking distance, stopped here with all my grandchildren. And I felt very safe and comfortable. '

'Clean room and for extra pillows, friendly staff, hot breakfast, check out 12 noon which is nice for us people who like to sleep in a bit. Didn’t go in the hot tub but it looked nice. Will stay there again.'
