'Quiet simple'

'The room was comfortable and did what I needed it for, we checked in late, which was communicated to the front desk, keys were waiting, had a early event, didn't do the free breakfast, asked for a late checkout was told if we were a member of some club, they could accommodate, but I wasn't, even though we lost most of one day because we checked in late, but overall everything was good. The room was clean, the bathroom had a Crack in the sink and the bathtub, nothing major.'

'I have no complaints for the staff on duty when I checked in. The two rooms we were given initially were not good—one smelled like mold and the other one had a strong air freshener smell. I was traveling with 2 children who have asthma, so I requested two new rooms. The two new assigned rooms were better but had been smoked in. There was mold in the bathroom, window seals, and the air conditioner. There were rips in the fabric cushions and although the bed had no bugs, they were OLD and had many...

'The staff was amazing, however the first 2 rooms that they tried to put me in smell horrible. There was an overbearing smell of mold and mildew throughout Room 127 and 123. I opted for a refund, and the staff was accommodating and pleasant.'

'Very well restored building in the heart of downtown. Clean, comfortable,easy access, and an easy walk to all of the downtown activities.'
