'Nice step and clean hotel'

'Very clean pleasant staff breakfast was amazing with a variety to choose from. Pool was nice kids loved it.'

'Employees were great. Elevator broke. Air-conditioner was goofy, shouldn't need instructions to get room cooled.'

We dropped a prayer mattress somewhere while loading out luggage while checking out once we found it missing called the hotel response was just great so on our return we collected the prayer mattress somewhere while thanks to the staff for keeping our prayer mattress safe and returning it on our return trip back home . That’s the service I appreciate will definitely make a stop every time I will pass through this city...

'Overall the location was good, shopping is walking distance. Property is away from traffic.'

'The pool was not occupied. Pool needed maintenance. The bed was uncomfortable. Bedding had ink stains and looked stained. Loud guests with smell of marijuana. Uncomfortable stay!'

'We stayed here for just a weekend, while visiting family in North Carolina. The place was clean but very dated. This hotel could definitely use some renovations. The staff were kind and helpful. My biggest issue was that I found a dirty towel in my bathroom.'

'The girl at the front desk was rude. We got there after 11pm. The office was closed didn't know how to get our room until a person that was staying there answered our question. There is a phone on the side of the office in a red box that looks like a first aid box. She answered and took about 3 minutes to come to the door.'

'We booked our trip here to visit my grown children and my sons wife s about to have their baby. The visit was pleasant but, I have seizures and was on the 5th floor and the elevator went out. The front staff said it would be fixed shortly.....it was out our entire stay.'

'We ask for a handicap room and was assigned a room on the 4th floor as far from the elevators has could be. As a handicapped person this was not good. We asked to be rude to move to a room closer to the elevator and we're given a room two doors down from the elevator but the carpet in this room was very dirty. It was obvious that a pet had been in this room on the third floor when they said that pets were only allowed on the first and second floor unless it was a comfort animal. We found dog...

'Nice. Clean. Good size. They paid attention to the small details that most hotels don’t, or have taken away. Good if you are traveling with pets. They had a fenced yard with doggie bags.'
