Private and well-appointed second story apt in large auxiliary structure on 3 acre property that includes a 1.6 acre vineyard, adjacent to the Verde River, peaceful country views from deck, kitchen, memory foam king bed in bedroom, full bath, 5 min to Old Town, 20 minutes to Sedona or Jerome. 1 hour to Prescott or Flagstaff, 2.5 hours to Grand Canyon.

We can’t say enough great things about our stay here. It was exactly what my daughter and I wanted, close to town but also a peaceful retreat to the country. Bed was very comfortable and owners had lots of extra lil things that made us feel right at home. A definite bonus was seeing the animals roaming around. We will definitely return.

Beautiful area and beautiful property!! We felt like we were in the country but got to Cottonwood in no time! Very peaceful property and great communication! Definitely would stay again!

Everything was wonderful- very comfortable, clean, awesome decorating, great location, nice owners…

Private but still Close to Town

Mother and son get away

Every detail necessary to make for a home away from home vacation was taken care of! The beds were comfortable, the view was amazing and there was nothing we could have asked for that wasn't there!

Casita was just as advertised. Clean, comfortable, beautiful location, very private yet close to town. The linens and towels were superb. We hope to stay again.

This place is absolutely adorable! We had the feel of being out in the country yet we were only a short distance from town and sightseeing places like Sedona and Jerome. It was beautiful quiet place to spend our honeymoon. We loved it and we will come back.

Perfect!

Location was perfect for the Verde Wine Trail. The cottage was beyond AMAZING! Very well appointed, clean and stocked with everything we needed. Communication & directions were excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazingly quiet location for being so close to town. Super clean. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, well-functioning washer and dryer. Would definitely re-book!

Couple get-a-way

We were visiting the area for a few days to hike and just enjoy time away together. The home was beautiful and had everything a guest would need, plus more! I would highly recommend this home and will stay here again if the opportunity arrises.
