'This was our third time in Cottonwood! This cottage is in a great location, within walking distance to the historic district. The cottage is very clean and cozy! We only used the master bedroom, and the linens and bed were very comfortable! We appreciated the snacks that were left for us! Signs posted throughout the house gave directions for how to use various items. One of the main reasons we picked this rental was because it is dog friendly! There are dog bowls, dog treats, and dog blankets!...

'This home was perfectly situated in the adorable town of Cottonwood. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect location if you are looking to visit Jerome and Sedona. Bed was very comfortable and the coffee bar was amazing! We as lovers of all things vintage, really loved the vibe the decor gave off. We had a great time sipping wine and flipping through the Architectural Digests from way back when while playing Whitney Houston on the record player. We will definitely stay again!'

'The location of this house was perfect for our weekend plans. The neighborhood is quiet and the views of the red rocks at sunset are incredible! Clean environment with everything we needed for meals in. The only complaint was that the mattresses were very firm and the main bedroom’s felt like it was slanted backwards which was uncomfortable. Overall would absolutely recommend this home and would stay there again!'

'I had a fantastic stay at Advanced Lodging.The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like coffee, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, but still close to restaurants, shops and bars. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!'

'This was one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in and we book a lot! The kitchen had everything you could need. Didn’t need to pick up anything because the house was STOCKED! You name it she had it ready for use-tide, tp, paper towels, garbage bags, even some food and wine! Beds were temperpedic and amazing. If you don’t want to pay Sedona prices and fight the crowds there at night I wouldn’t hesitate to book here!'

'We had a large group coming, and the host was incredibly accommodating and very communicative. The house had a ton of space for our large group and the open property outside was a nice bonus! It’s a beautiful area with great views! Super convenient to get into town as well.'

'This was a great place for my family (2 kids and 2 dogs) to stay for a weekend getaway. Location is great to trails and Sedona was an easy drive. House is new, clean, and roomy enough for everyone. Back yard is small but great to sit out on in the mornings and evenings. Was overall a great place to be for the 2 nights we did.'

'I loved this place, everything about it was nice from the fence in. I say this, only because the neighbors across the street didn’t seemed friendly. They did put a lot of nice details in the decor of this house and it was very comfortable our stay.'

"Een uitstekende mogelijkheid van een zwembad voor volwassenen! Er zijn meerdere zwembaden aanwezig en het was prettig dat je de mogelijkheid hebt om rustig je rondjes te zwemmen!! Fantastisch gelegen met prachtige vergezichten. 1 minpuntje echter. Wanneer je korter dan 5 dagen verblijft wordt de kamer niet verschoond en worden er geen nieuwe handdoeken geleverd. Ook geen amenities worden er geleverd. Wanneer je 5 dagen of langere verblijft wordt het wel om de dag verschoond. Je kan wel altijd om nieuwe handdoeken, koffie ( die overigens erg goed is) vragen. Deze worden dan gebracht."
