'Our stay was perfect. Lorena communicated the whole step of the way and even helped when we had to downsize the traveling party.This 1 bedroom unit was very clean and well appointed. When I contacted Expedia, they were not aware that the reservation had been canceled. I then contacted VRBO, where the listing was posted. VRBO was unable to reach the host to determine the reason for the cancellation and could only confirm that the reservation had been active and fully confirmed in their system.
