'The Long Creel Hotel changed from being a Hampton Inn last summer. It was sold to a different chain. The hotel had clean rooms, an excellent staff, a pool, and an exercise room. It also had a continental breakfast. The hotel is supposed to be remodeled in 2026 and will include a bar. A nice place close to the Maine Mall. Very reasonable price to stay during the off season. '

'Very stylish, clean, and comfortable hotel. We typically stay in the Oldport section of Portland but it was really nice to explore other areas. Lots of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in the area. The hotel bar and coffee shop are great and very convenient. Look for those week day deals. Very affordable '
